As the founder of Crown Ascent Consulting, Courtney Watson set out to create more than a consulting firm. He set out to create a trusted partner for entrepreneurs ready to bring order to their ideas, stability to their finances, and confidence to their next move.
After nearly a decade in corporate investment accounting, Courtney saw a gap: small business owners were building great ideas but struggling to make sense of their numbers. He recognized that true growth requires more than reports. It requires understanding, strategy, and partnership.
That realization sparked Crown Ascent. A consulting firm focused on helping entrepreneurs bring order to their finances and vision to their growth.
Today, Courtney blends his corporate accounting expertise with a passion for leadership, financial literacy, and personal development.
